COPYRIGHT: It is Illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without Echo + Ember's permission and violators of this Federal Law will be Subject to Its civil and criminal penalties. All photographs, on all social media accounts and websites, including all potential proofs and purchased prints, are copyrighted. Additionally, it is illegal to post any photographer's work online without the photographer's express permission. The only exception is if you have received the digital copies of these, with the photo release signed by Echo + Ember. 

Echo + Ember hereby grants permission to the client to reproduce and print images for personal use under the below mentioned conditions. Images may not be used for commercial use or editorial purposes without the written consent of Echo + Ember. All copyright in the images remains with Echo + Ember under U.S. copyright law.

CONDITIONS

Your print release does not include permission to alter images in any fashion through editing software. Echo + Ember is NOT responsible for any printing errors that occur at the print lab of the client's choice. We recommend the printing lab listed on the Echo + Ember website for high-resolution image printing. A crop ratio of 2:3 or 4:5 should be kept when printing photographs.
